At European Wax Center, we're committed to delivering an elevated guest experience through expertise, professionalism, and care. Our Guest Service Associates (GSAs) play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while driving sales performance and supporting daily operations.

This position combines hospitality and sales excellence, ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with guests, achieving measurable goals, and representing a luxury brand known for professionalism and results.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service from check-in through check-out while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor. Educate guests on savings opportunities such as Wax Pass packages, EWC Brand products and Programs (Rewards, Referral, Promotions, & Platforms) Proactively engage in sales conversations to meet and exceed center daily, monthly, and yearly sales quotas Accurately manage front-desk operations including scheduling, phone management, payments, and cash handling. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant front-of-house environment consistent with EWC brand and California health and safety standards. Collaborate with Wax Specialists and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed measurable performance expectations. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule: Day, evening, and weekend shifts; flexible scheduling available

Compensation: $17.50-$20 hourly wage depending on experience
