Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a

Guest Service Assistant Manager

. In this role, you will assist the Guest Service Manager and that involves all aspects of front desk management.

--guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll resolve issues efficiently and ensure high service standards for our guests. You'll also support associates through training, guidance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.





Pay Rate: $22 - 24/hour







Key Responsibilities




Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage staff, ensuring proper staffing and that associates receive adequate guidance and resources for achievement of job responsibilities. Ensure compliance and efficient operation of all Front Office standard operating procedures. Assist the front office team in performing their day-to-day functions whenever necessary to ensure the smooth running of the front office department. Perform other duties as required by management.

What We're Looking For




At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required. College course work in related field helpful. Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. Previous Experience with properties (Hotels and Resorts) that have more than 500 rooms. Have a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day functions of all aspects of a resort.
