We are seeking a passionate Program Concierge to our expanding Guest Services department. The Program Concierge's main responsibility consists of providing remarkable customer service by assisting guests with arrival, departure and all needs during their stay. Duties include managing the welcome desk, handling the process for arriving and departing guests, organizing recreational activities for the guests including bike rentals, scheduling individual appointments for in-house services as well as off-site services, providing concierge services, communicating maintenance and housekeeping requests for guest accommodations and transporting guests as needed. Furthermore, they are responsible for working with our guests and drivers to manage the transportation schedule. Weekend flexibility is needed.

Must be proficient with computers and software systems.
