Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team from 2PM-10PM- Sunday, Monday -Thursday Friday . As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations, including booking and modifying guest accommodations - Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
