We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for our guests. As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for various housekeeping and custodial tasks that enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Perform housekeeping management duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, utilizing appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and cleanliness. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Uphold safety protocols while performing custodial duties to create a safe environment for both guests and staff. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage. Knowledge of custodial duties, including industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for providing outstanding guest service.
