Position Overview:

The Guest Experience Specialist is the first point of contact for all clients, responsible for providing a welcoming and exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about wellness, possesses outstanding communication skills, and has a genuine interest in helping others. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will ensure that all guests receive top-tier service, making their experience with us memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Provide thorough and friendly assistance with scheduling appointments, explaining services, and answering questions. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and confirming appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing personalized recommendations and offering relevant products or services. Assist in promoting special offers, packages, and membership programs to enhance guest satisfaction and retention. Support other team members and contribute to maintaining an efficient spa environment. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally. Uphold confidentiality and maintain HIPAA compliance when handling guest information. Assist with spa events, promotions, and marketing efforts to attract new guests.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality setting, preferably in a spa, wellness, or medical environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Passion for wellness, skincare, and helping others feel their best. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a positive work environment. Basic knowledge of spa services and treatments is a plus. Proficiency in using scheduling software and handling cash or credit transactions. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
