What You'll Do:
Oversee all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and team performance.
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure smooth daily operations and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
Utilize
FOSSE
to manage reservations, billing, and guest profiles.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in hotel front desk operations.
FOSSE system proficiency is required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
