The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring for seasonal Guest Experience Hosts to join our team at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Guest Experience Host you will help our guests create lifetime memories during their stay at Gray Wolf Inn and Suites.

Minimum pay rate: $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Gray Wolf Inn and Suites by providing guests with suggestions for sightseeing and daily activities during their stay.
• Recommend attractions in the local and surrounding area to ensure guests have a truly memorable experience.
• Create rapport and meaningful conversations with all guests.
• Assist and distribute complimentary items that guests can use during their stay.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Gray Wolf Inn and Suites and surrounding areas.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying.
• Occasional work outside in a wet and/or humid conditions.
• Noise level may be moderate to loud.
