Overview:
As a Guest Experience Guide, your goal is the fun, engaging, efficient and safe movement of guests through the attraction. As a guide you may wear multiple hats as a Flight Guide, Sales Reservationist, Entry Scanner, Photographer, Retail Agent and Ticket Seller. You will have engaging interactions with our guests by bringing your best and anticipating guests' needs while following Flyover standards and operating procedures. The Guest Experience Guides should always strive to represent both Flyover Las Vegas as well as maintain a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guest and team members.
This role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and legal ability to work in the United States is required.
What is the compensation for this role?:
This wage for this position is $16 USD hourly, and a full breakdown of benefits and perks will be provided during the interview process.
What will you do in this job?:
Reporting to the Guest Experience Leadership Team your duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and answering questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
Ensuring accurate information is provided to guests; ensuring guest expectations in terms of experience, price, restrictions and content.
Taking and editing photos of guests, while being knowledgeable about the photo packages and backgrounds.
Cash handling and reconciliation.
Organizing large groups of people into correct queues, while calculating and communicating accurate wait time information.
Directing guests around the different areas of the attraction and assisting them onto the iRide gondolas.
Ensuring all ride and facility safety precautions are met and informing the Operator and Supervisors of any concerns.
Lead by example to ensure Flyover Las Vegas operating procedures, safety of guests and team members, and service standards are consistently maintained by all team members.
Communicate efficiently using proper radio protocol.
Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.
Share knowledge with guests about Las Vegas and other tourist attractions around the venue.

Extensive knowledge about Las Vegas and local area
Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry an asset
Cash handling experience an asset
Public speaking experience an asset
Fluency in a second language in addition to English is an asset
