Position Summary:

This role is responsible to provide satisfactory service and assistance to guests; bag groceries and provide carry-out service to vehicles for quests, retrieve carts from parking area, perform bottle tasks and janitorial duties as needed. Ensure that the shift contributes to the financial best interests of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

Here\'s what you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Use proper bagging supplies and proper bagging techniques when handling guests\' purchases.

Empty bottle bins, clean bottle machines & bottle return area.

Collect, return, clean, and organize shopping carts and take out and load groceries into customers\xe2\x80\x99 vehicles.

Have familiarity with location of products carried in the store.

Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.

Maintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.

Know the location of products in the store.

Able to work independent of others; perform cleaning duties as well as other assigned work in a timely manner.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures) and is exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Travel requirements vary by assignment.
