Guest Service Representative (GSR)

to join our Front Desk team.

Position Summary:

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel. You will assist guests throughout their stay, manage front desk operations, and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all front desk procedures with accuracy and efficiency. Provide information about hotel amenities, Hilton rewards, local attractions, and dining options. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations following Hilton brand standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas. Restock the Home2 market, hydration station, and coffee/tea area as needed. Answer and manage multi-line phone calls professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet brand standards. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and support revenue goals.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or guest service experience preferred, especially with Hilton brands. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficient with basic computer skills and phone etiquette. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. Experience with Hilton PEP is a plus, but training can be provided.

Pay: $20.87 - $25.14 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
