Job Description

PSC Security Group is seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). As a GSOC Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, analyzing threats, and coordinating responses to ensure the safety of clients, personnel, and property. This is a professional, detail-oriented role that requires focus, accountability, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor video surveillance, alarms, and access control systems Detect, assess, and escalate potential threats in real-time Document incidents and maintain accurate reports and shift logs Coordinate emergency communication during critical events Support risk assessment and intelligence gathering Adhere to company standards, confidentiality policies, and chain of command

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers software/hardware Ability to stay calm and professional during emergencies

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Prior experience in dispatching 911 calls, security operations, GSOC, law enforcement, or military Familiarity with cybersecurity, risk assessment, or surveillance tools

Schedule and Pay

24/7 operations; shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays Hourly position; opportunities for pay increases based on performance reviews
