Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales & Events team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to both Sales Managers and external clients. This dynamic position involves a variety of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Managing incoming phone and internet inquiries with professionalism and prompt attention
Supporting multiple Sales Managers simultaneously with requests and tasks
Drafting customized proposals and contracts
Assisting with commission tracking and reporting
Coordinating site tours to showcase the property's offerings
Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems and databases

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor
