Define and drive product strategy for H&R Block's flagship digital experiences, including mobile apps and personalization features Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment Translate strategy into execution, ensuring product outcomes align with business and customer needs Manage product budgets and resources, including prioritization of initiatives for maximum impact Champion customer-centric practices, leveraging continuous discovery and frequent user research Oversee product lifecycle management, from discovery through delivery, using modern SDLC best practices (Agile, Lean, DevOps) Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions Promote best practices in product development and discovery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
What you'll bring to the team...:
Education:Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience

Work Experience:

8+ years in product management, including leadership of multiple PMs and complex product portfolios Strong business leadership and financial acumen Expertise in Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies Advanced communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels Ability to manage budgets and develop business cases (cost/benefit analysis, NPV) Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities

Pay Range Information: The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit. Pay Range: $125,500.00 - $200,800.00/Yr.
