Responsibilities

Lead and supervise staff across multiple group home locations, ensuring high-quality care delivery aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols. Manage daily operations including staffing schedules, budgeting, inventory control, and maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff. Foster strong relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community resources to support holistic resident well-being. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to assisted living, nursing home standards, and home & community care services. Promote a positive team culture through leadership development, training initiatives, and performance evaluations that motivate staff to excel.

Skills

Extensive experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or long-term care settings with proven supervisory skills. Deep understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and developing effective care plans. Strong management capabilities including budgeting, financial acumen, and operational oversight within retirement or group home facilities. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures in senior or home care settings. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized social work support. Familiarity with home & community care regulations and best practices for senior care management.
