Group Fitness Management Leader
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD
Location: Remote - residing in a country where our organization has an established entity LM Brazil, LM China, LM Germany, LM IMEA (United Arab Emirates), LM Japan, LM Nordic (Sweden), LMUK (United Kingdom and Northern Ireland), LMNZ (Aotearoa New Zealand), LMUS (USA).
Your Typical Day Sees You
Group Fitness Management Education (GFM) is how we help club partners deliver world-class experiences, build strong instructor communities, and keep members coming back for more. This newly established role is all about making that magic happen - at scale.
This teammate will be the go-to person for GFM strategy and education. They will:
- Lead global adoption of GFM strategies and best practices.
- Optimize program scheduling to deepen Les Mills program offerings.
- Recruit and develop exceptional instructors to fill classes to capacity.
- Deliver education and share insights across markets to ensure clubs everywhere win big

- Deep understanding of Les Mills Group Fitness Management Education and how it drives success for clubs.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across global time zones.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills--you can inspire and educate at all levels.
Even Better If You Have
- Experience monetizing programs through consultancy, workshops, or digital content.
- Familiarity with new training methodologies and technologies.
- A track record of creating scalable processes for global implementation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
