```Overview```
At Freedom Health Treatment, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our team of professional Mental Health providers.

THIS POSITION IS REMOTE (VIRTUAL) Monday through Thursday HOURS 5-9PM

As a Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals in a group setting. Your expertise in addiction counseling, mental health counseling, and case management will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

```Responsibilities```
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for participants
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
- Provide individual counseling and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in addiction counseling, mental health counseling, or related field
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in group therapy
- Familiarity with data collection and coding procedures
- Strong understanding of gender issues in counseling
- Experience working in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- College Degree in related field REQUIRED. Master's in related field is a plus
