We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bachelor's Level Group Facilitator to join our team in a Dual Diagnosis Partial Hospitalization Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and techniques for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients Monitor and document patient progress in therapy sessions and communicate findings to the treatment team Maintain a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for patients in group therapy sessions Ensure that group sessions start and end on time and that patients adhere to program guidelines Provide crisis intervention services as needed and collaborate with other team members to ensure that patients receive appropriate care Participate in team meetings and other clinical meetings as required Attend regular supervision and continuing education sessions to maintain professional growth and development
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related field Experience facilitating group therapy sessions for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
