:
Maintain the grounds surrounding the HWC and assist maintenance when required.
Knowledge of tribal policies, procedures, organization, and administration. Working knowledge of ground keeping equipment, irrigation systems, and related maintenance and operations. Be able to do minor repairs on equipment. Working knowledge of hand tools, painting, and minor repairs. Certified in the use of fertilizers and chemicals needed to maintain grounds.
Conform to the limits and requirements of stated job dimensions with consistency. Follow established practices and procedures including health and wellness center policies, operational plan, preventive maintenance program, maintenance management manual and other guidelines. Work safely, Aid maintenance personnel when required on repairs in the facility. Other duties assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of landscaping/maintenance experience with a Valid Oregon driver\'s license. Will be required to submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be required to pass a per-employment drug/alcohol screening.
