Duties/Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Property Manager.

• General upkeep of property grounds.

• Clean various surfaces and areas, including tabletops, floors, furniture, and windows.

• Keep all building equipment in working order and report any repair needs.

• Keep outdoor furniture clean and in good repair.

• Empty and clean waste receptacles as needed.

• Assure security of buildings and grounds during assigned times.

• Operate hand tools and power equipment.

• Rake leaves and other vegetation from lawns and flower beds to ensure an upscale,

luxury environment.

• Remove trash and other debris from outdoor areas.

• Complete work orders via BuildingLink in a timely manner.

• Stock toilet and sanitary supplies.

• General understanding of fire life safety systems in the building.

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

• Painting as needed.

• Clean all pedestrian surfaces and walls.

• Execute and report to the Property Manager on ongoing maintenance projects.

• Proactively report and repair/replace any defects.

• Perform preventative maintenance on indoor and outdoor facilities.

• Follow all safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals.

• Assist with beach service when required.

• Have a fluent understanding of building plans, infrastructure, and mechanics.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing

ladders, or kneeling.

• Must be physically able to operate power equipment.

• Must be able to work outdoors for prolonged periods of time.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

• Delray Beach, FL 33483: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver\'s License (Preferred)
