POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Pickerington Local School District is seeking interested applicants for a Groundskeeper position.
This is a 12 month position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalency required.

Experience in groundskeeping tasks including lawn care, grass cutting, and shrubbery maintenance.

Skilled in the layout and lining of athletic fields.

Experience with operating, maintaining, and repairing mowing equipment.

Mechanical and/or welding experience preferred.

Experience in maintaining fences, asphalt, concrete, ceilings, playground equipment, athletic equipment, and performing repairs on floors, doors, and windows.

Ability to follow directions with a strong desire to succeed.

Demonstrates respect and the ability to work collaboratively with peers.

Dependable and exhibits a strong work ethic.

Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and sensitive situations.

Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse backgrounds.
