Grounds Person

to join our growing Tree Crew! This role is essential to the success and efficiency of every job site, supporting tree arborists with brush hauling, chainsaw and chipper operation, rigging, and clean-up.

Responsibilities

Assist with job site setup and clean-up Operate chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, and loaders Advance skill set Safely rig and lower branches Maintain equipment and vehicles Follow OSHA and ANSI safety standards Participate in crew and safety meetings Set up work area protection zones (barriers, signage, etc.)
Qualifications

Valid Driver's License (required) Ability to obtain DOT medical card Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater and work outdoors year-round Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills Comitted to learn and follow safety procedures Familiarity with arboriculture tools and equipment (preferred)
