We are currently seeking a Grounds Technician that will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grounds throughout all properties keeping them in a clean and visual appealing condition.

Essential Duties

Remove and dispose of all trash in a timely manner Clean and maintain all dog stations Clean all areas around trash containers and compactors Maintain all compactors and monitor capacity for efficient removals

Additional Responsibilities

Assist in the Make Ready process by assisting with trash outs and carpet removals. Perform additional duties as prescribed by management. Position may require occasional overtime and on call duties.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver's License

Ability to understand and follow instructions Ability to communicate effectively Ability to apply quality and safety standards Ability to work well with residents, supervisors, employees and vendors

Physical Demands

Ability to lift/carry 70lbs. Ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time Ability to work outdoors and in inclement weather conditions Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach
