Job Description

Grounds Supervisor

The Grounds Supervisor leads the crew that will maintain and further the beatification and health of the property. They lead and supervise mowing lawns, irrigating, planting beds, trimming shrubs, and performing other outdoor maintenance tasks. They are also responsible for the snow removal for the entire property

Responsibilities include:

Supervision and Leadership Grounds Maintenance Watering the lawns, perennials, and annuals Weed control, including roads, walkways, and flower beds Mowing and trimming lawns Planting flowers, bushes, trees, etc. Pruning trees and flowers Pest control Fertilizing Snow removal Plowing and shoveling snow Equipment Management Coordinating a time management plan and schedule to achieve these goals. Training and Development Ensure health and safety policies are followed
Requirements:

Should have a strong background in landscaping and horticulture, Outstanding leadership, communication skills, and organizational abilities A commitment to maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard. Proactive approach to problem-solving Keen eye for detail Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
