We have an immediate opening for a regular, full-time

Grounds Maintenance employee

. Our ideal applicants believe in teamwork, have good attention to detail, can interact well with homeowners and guests, and can safely operate machinery, equipment, and power tools.

Grounds Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds. Duties include common area lawn mowing, weeding, blowing, and fertilizing, driving company vehicles, and assisting the department wherever needed. You must be able to work outdoors in any weather conditions.

Pay is from $20.00/hr., based on skills and experience. This is a full-time position working 40 hrs/wk, with a 4x10 schedule. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers' license (any state) and clean driving record, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
