Summary Of Position

Mowing, weeding, building maintenance, painting, cleaning, drywall and other projects as needed. All aspects of landscaping and grounds upkeep are required. This is a YEAR ROUND position - NOT seasonal.
Essential Job Requirements

Ability to effectively care for lawns and building maintenance of all facilities. All aspects of maintaining grounds and operating grounds and snow plow equipment effectively and safely without damaging property or grounds. Must be mechanically inclined to change blades, plugs, etc. on small engine repair.
Required Experience

2+ preferred, general knowledge of landscaping tools and processes, snow plowing, general building maintenance, zero turn mowers, weed whackers, truck with snow plow along with general mechanical abilities
Required Skills

Ability to work independently, complete tasks, highly organized and motivated individual. Attention to detail, cleanliness and care of equipment necessary. Ability to operate company truck with snow plow, zero turn lawn mowers, general construction and facility maintenance knowledge such as painting, drywall, installing gutters, lights, etc.
Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and have a valid D.L. Must be able to operate lawn and truck equipment, such as zero turn lawnmowers and trucks with a snow plow.
Mental Requirements

Work independently and be self starter!
Equipment Used

Mowing equipment, bobcats, forklift, power sweepers, front end loaders, weed whackers, tractors and general tool maintenance.
Working Conditions

Works primarily outdoors all season as well as typical driving and building maintenance conditions. Some exposure to chemicals with cleaning, etc.
Schedule

7:00 am - 3:30 pm(Monday thru Friday)
