Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for landscape maintenance. MUST be able to pass random drug screens, background checks and be willing travel overnight 2-3 days during the week.
Duties
MUST be able to work overtime. Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required. A strong understanding of horticultural practices is a plus but not mandatory.
