Who We're Looking For:



U.S. citizenship is required (per FAA regulations).

Job Responsibilities



Prior to performing any work employee is responsible to make sure he/she is using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Follow all personal safety, environmental, and hazardous material handling procedures and guidelines. Keep area organized and clean. Verify that grit-blasting equipment is in acceptable working order. Ensure the proper blast media and pressure are utilized. Ensure in-process inspection equipment is within calibration. Report faulty operations in a timely manner to supervision. Comply with process sequence sheets, travel routers, QA procedures, and repair manual procedures to satisfy customer and FAA requirements. Upon completion of operation, sign traveler, properly record time spent on jobs onto daily time sheet which are submitted daily to supervisor, and move parts to the next operation. Identify and report any problems relating to the product, process, or quality system to supervision. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Candidates must have United States citizenship as per FAA regulations Flexibility with work schedule Good Dexterity (grip, grasp, clutch) Ability to lift to 50 lbs. Repetitive motion of hands and wrists Regularly stand with both hands in a blasting cabinet while performing duties Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel, and crouch Exposure to noise Work is performed in a shop environment
