Join our team at Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls and play a key role in ensuring precision and quality for our customers' products. As part of our team, you'll work hands-on with cylindrical OD grinding machines, performing essential operations that bring our customers' designs to life.
Overview:

When You'll Work:

Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:20am

What You'll Make:

$23.00 / hour to $25.75 / hour

Upon satisfaction of your first 90 days, you will be considered for a wage adjustment.

What You'll Do:

Safely load work pieces into grinding machines using a hoist Set up and operate OD cylindrical grinders for precision work Inspect, measure, and finish parts using specialized equipment, tools, and grinding wheels Select, mount, and adjust grinding wheels and work pieces Read and interpret blueprints to meet exact part specifications Perform frequent equipment adjustments Ensure consistent quality in every piece you produce
