We are adding a grill cook to our team! Monday through Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends!

Essential Functions:

Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times Execute recipes to the letter Follow all food safety and sanitation expectations Follows and completes production sheets Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload Set up and tear down of workstation Polite and professional communication style Understands and utilizes FIFO Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling All other duties as requested by the leadership team

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year previous experience in the food industry preferred Strong customer service skills Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment Do simple arithmetic Able to follow oral and written directions Be able to lift 30 Lbs. Be able to stand for long periods of time Must pass a criminal background check
