, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive, whether they're here for dining, shopping, or winter sports adventures.

Duties

Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a

first-class impression

of our resort. Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services, restaurant menus, and amenity promotions. Manage guest flow by efficiently directing guests from time of arrival. Utilize POS systems to process guest orders and reservations accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area to enhance guest experience. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere across all resort areas. Assist with light property tasks, such as organizing common areas, aiding as a parking lot attendant when needed, helping with guest inquiries, and keeping entry points tidy. Cross training across Guest Services to assist and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with guests and staff. Experience in food service or hospitality settings is preferred, particularly in restaurant or hotel environments. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and enhance their overall experience.
