Gem County Golf Association (GCGA) Board of DirectorsDescription:
The Greenskeeper shall be responsible for the proper care of the Emmett Golf Course. Proper care includes:
Mowing of fairways and greens. Operating various golf course equipment and providing proper maintenance and repairs of that equipment. Cleaning up golf course which includes picking up trash, trimming trees and operating and maintaining the irrigation system. Maintaining the proper fertilization schedule while controlling weeds. Maintaining golf cart paths, ponds, and sand traps. Candidate will be required to lift at least 70 pounds and perform routine golf course activities. Perform routine turf maintenance such as aeration, topdressing, fertilizing and overseeding Pest control, drainage and course renovations Perform all other duties assigned
Position is on a one-year contract and will be reviewed annually for renewal.
Pay is based on experience.
New hire will be required to pass a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
