Join our dynamic team as a Greenhouse Inventory Associate and play a vital role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and thriving greenhouse environment.

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented individual to join our small, three-person team in a fast paced greenhouse environment.

This is a hands-on seasonal positon running from January through June. May is the busiest month and requires flexibility, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and overtime. Outside of May, the schedule is typically 40 hours per week.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, farming, landscaping, and greenhouse management with hands on plant work.

Assist with maintaining accurate plant and tag inventory Assist with seeding, planting, and transplanting plants Photographing plants Conduct regular inspections to identify plant health issues Organize and clean work areas Support greenhouse sanitation practices to prevent pests and diseases from spreading Provide occasional support to the sales team Work efficiently as part of a small team.

Horticultural knowledge and identification of plants, flowers, or vegetables in a greenhouse or garden retail setting Master Gardener training preferred Spanish language skills are a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions rain or shine Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Strong attention to detail Basic math and tech skills for electronic inventory management Excellent organizational skills to track supplies and maintain a clean workspace Willingness to learn and ask questions Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
