We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Graveyard Server to join our dynamic hospitality team during the late-night hours. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for patrons who visit during the overnight shift. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere during the late-night hours Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food running duties to maintain cleanliness and flow in the dining area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating culinary experience when required Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems for managing guest seating efficiently during busy hours Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure seamless service delivery in a lively nightclub or fine dining environment

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant setting, or hospitality preferred; experience in fine dining or nightlife venues is a plus Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach to guest interactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously during overnight shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving in nightclub or late-night environments is advantageous Host/host experience or previous bussing roles will be considered beneficial Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting during night hours

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour
