DPS Media is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Graphic Designer / Production Designer to support our print and digital production team. This position involves layout and production work based on provided instructions, with an emphasis on accuracy, organization, and meeting deadlines. This is a Full-Time position (30 hours per week) with a hybrid schedule -- in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Wildwood, MO location, and remote work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Responsibilities

Design and update print and digital advertising layouts based on provided specifications Create directory covers, mastheads, and filler ads using established templates Edit and revise existing customer ads according to instructions and proof changes Ensure all designs meet company standards for accuracy, layout consistency, and print readiness Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain workflow efficiency Assist with special print or digital design projects as assigned
Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and procedures
