The Odigo Group is a marketing and communications consultancy that is looking for Designers - Storyboard & Animation Specialists to join our team. We work together to create successful partnerships with clients ranging from the world's largest technology enterprises to local small business start-ups. This role requires a keen eye for detail, understanding of visual design principles, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. you will lead the design and development of visually compelling storyboards and animations for digital and multimedia platforms. You'll collaborate with clients, project managers, and the creative team to translate strategic objectives into engaging visual narratives. This role requires advanced knowledge in visual communication, animation, and digital media, and the consistent exercise of independent judgement.

Responsibilities




Translate scripts, briefs, and abstract ideas into clear, visually captivating storyboards that communicate creative concepts, narrative flow, and visual direction for video, animation, and multimedia projects. Lead the animation process - designing and animating short-form videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, voiceover talent, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful final product. Interpret feedback, iterate quickly and deliver high-quality assets on time. Stay updated with the latest animation and design trends, tools, and best practices.



Skills Required




Mastery of graphic design software Knowledge of design principles Experience with video editing and post-production Familiarity with UI/UX principles for interactive media Understanding of sound design and integration for multimedia projects Ability to communicate design choices clearly Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure



Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field 5+ years Design experience in tech industry Proven experience in storyboard creation and animation for digital media, advertising or entertainment Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suit, After Effects, etc.) Strong portfolio showcasing storyboard and animation work Knowledge of brand strategy and visual standards Ability to exercise independent judgement and manage multiple projects simultaneously Microsoft Office Suite


Physical Demands and Work Environment





Candidate must be comfortable working in front of a computer and standing to present in a meeting for many hours. Must be able to present with confidence and accuracy to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
