We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join our team in

Vineland, New Jersey

.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to execute brand vision across a range of creative deliverables. This role includes designing product packaging, merchandise, promotional materials, and web assets. It also requires hands-on involvement with sourcing and working with both domestic and international vendors (including China) to produce branded goods such as apparel, grinders, rolling papers, and other cannabis-related accessories.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated designer who is equally strong in creativity, execution, and organization--and is looking to grow into a larger role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Design

: Design and prepare print-ready packaging files for various cannabis SKUs across multiple brands

Merchandise & Promo Design

: Create artwork for branded merchandise and giveaways (t-shirts, hats, grinders, lighters, rolling trays, etc.)

Website & Digital Asset Support

: Contribute to the design and maintenance of company websites, landing pages, and digital content

Product Sourcing

: Identify, communicate with, and manage vendors (including overseas suppliers) to source promotional and packaging products

Brand Development

: Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms and product lines

Collaboration & Project Management

: Coordinate with internal departments and track projects from concept through delivery

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a CPG or lifestyle brand environment Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, merchandise, and digital design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience working with printers and preparing packaging files for production Familiarity with website platforms such as Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress Experience sourcing products and working with international vendors (especially in China) Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working onsite in

Vineland, NJ

two days per week

Preferred Skills

Experience in the cannabis or regulated consumer goods industry Knowledge of packaging compliance requirements Photography, video, or motion graphic skills a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Hybrid Work Schedule

: 2 days onsite in Vineland, NJ; 3 days remote
