Position Overview



We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join the Allegra Reno team. This role is ideal for a designer who is both creatively driven and highly organized, with experience supporting

e-commerce storefronts

and producing print-ready artwork. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and various online design or ordering platforms. You will collaborate closely with our production, marketing, and customer service teams to create high-quality designs for print, signage, digital marketing, and branded e-commerce products.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Production



Create high-quality print and digital designs, including postcards, brochures, direct mail pieces, signage, social graphics, logos, and branded collateral. Prepare and revise artwork to meet printing requirements, including bleeds, color profiles, dielines, and production specs. Maintain brand consistency across all customer projects and Allegra marketing materials. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

E-Commerce & Online Storefront Support



Build and update product templates for B2B and B2C online storefronts (e.g., OnPrintShop, Pressero/eDocBuilder, or similar). Upload, QA, and optimize product images, descriptions, and design templates. Assist customers with customizing artwork within online ordering platforms. Ensure all storefront designs are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with brand standards.

Software & Technical Skills



Create, edit, and prepare files using

Adobe Creative Suite

(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required). Use

Canva

to build fast-turn, social-ready, and template-based designs. Knowledge of print production processes, color management, and file preparation. Basic understanding of prepress, imposition, bleed setup, vector vs. raster, and output specs.

Collaboration & Communication



Work closely with CSRs, Marketing Concierges, and production team to interpret client needs and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly with internal teams about project status, design changes, and production notes. Participate in creative brainstorming and help improve Allegra's brand and customer-facing materials.

Required Qualifications



2+ years of professional graphic design experience (print design experience strongly preferred). Proficiency in

Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

. Experience designing in

Canva

. Experience supporting

e-commerce storefronts

or template-based ordering systems. Strong understanding of print design, typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with OnPrintShop, Pressero, eDocBuilder, or similar web-to-print platforms. Basic photography, image editing, or photo retouching skills. Familiarity with marketing automation tools or email campaign design a plus. Knowledge of signage, large format, and promotional product design helpful.
