Rokin is a leading smoking hardware and lifestyle brand based in Las Vegas. Founded in 2016, we design high-performance devices and premium rosin products under our hardware and Rokin Cannabis lines. Our mission is to elevate every smoking experience through quality, creativity, and innovation.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and producing standout creative across print, packaging, digital, and social platforms. Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Duties:

Design Creation:

Develop engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, custom items, and promotional materials. Create branded assets such as posters, flyers, one-pagers, social media posts, and digital ads.
Content Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align designs with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Provide input on creative strategies and deliver innovative visual solutions.
Asset Management:

Maintain a library of design assets for easy access and future use. Update existing designs to meet evolving branding needs.
Special Projects:

Assist with special design projects, including event materials and sale web graphics.
White Label:

Assist with designing for outside brands.
Social Media Development:

Schedule content using tools, like, comment and share content on Instagram, Facebook, X, and Reddit. Manage comments, DM, and share with Marketing Manager.

Skills, Education + Experience Required:

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and typography. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven efficiency and ability to prioritize and manage time and tasks for self Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with social media content creation, and platforms. Familiarity with cannabis/vape related design is preferred but not required. Resume.
