Boise Hunter Homes is seeking a creative and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. As a Graphic Designer, your primary role will be to design and produce high-quality visual collateral that supports the promotion of our homes and communities, including signage, brochures, floor plan flyers, community site maps, and sales center materials. This role will work closely with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure all assets are accurate, on-brand, and executed to a high standard.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain brand consistency across all communities, collateral, and signage Consistently deliver engaging & persuasive designs across all platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand values Design, update, and produce printed and digital collateral including brochures, floor plan flyers, community site maps, spec flyers, business cards, and sales center materials Manage revisions and updates to collateral as pricing, floor plans, availability, and community details change Coordinate with outside print and sign vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely production, delivery, and installation Create, manage, and maintain all community signage assets including entry signage, directional signage, lot signage, flags, banners, window graphics, and on-site promotional materials Support special projects such as grand openings, new community launches, and promotional campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of design experience, with a strong emphasis on print, collateral, and large-format signage Experience in real estate, homebuilding, construction, or a related industry Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and meeting deadlines Experience working with outside print companies and signage vendors, including quoting, proofing, and quality control
