Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals. This role involves working on a variety of projects including digital art, branding, motion graphics, and print advertising. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative visual content that enhances our company's presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging visual designs for digital and print media, including logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral. Create motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, video editing tools, and other animation software. Design layouts and visual elements for websites, UI/UX projects, and content management systems using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Manage color schemes, typography, and layout design to ensure consistency across all visual assets. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling advertising campaigns and promotional materials. Conduct photo manipulation and digital art creation to support branding initiatives. Maintain high standards of visual quality through effective color management and attention to detail in production design. Assist in sign manufacturing projects and other print advertising needs. Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality of work.

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in digital art, illustration, layout design, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, Adobe After Effects, InVision, and other relevant design tools. Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for UI/UX projects. Experience with content management systems like WordPress is desirable. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, visual design principles, and production design standards. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes and print production is advantageous.
