Responsibilities

Design Impactful Digital Ads

: Create eye-catching, conversion-driven digital ads across various platforms. You'll craft designs that stand out and effectively communicate our clients' messages.

Elevate Branding

: Collaborate on the design and evolution of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. From logos to complete brand systems, you'll help shape and refine the visual identity of our clients.

Create Stunning Web Experiences

: Design innovative websites that not only look great but provide seamless user experiences. Collaborate on websites built from the ground up, working on everything from wireframes to UI and UX design.

Collaborate & Innovate

: Work closely with our creative team, strategists, and developers to conceptualize and produce visual solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Manage the Creative Process

: From concept through execution, you'll oversee the design process to ensure the final product exceeds expectations. Participate in design reviews and present your ideas clearly to clients.

Grow as a Designer

: Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques, and push the boundaries of creativity. Share knowledge and learn from your team, growing together.

Craft Consistent Visuals

: Develop high-quality visual assets for a wide range of deliverables, including branding materials, websites, social media, digital ads, presentations, and print collateral.

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

: + 3+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on digital ads, branding, or web design.
+ Proven track record of developing and evolving brand identities, creating logos, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
+ Strong experience designing websites, with a solid understanding of the WordPress CMS, SEO, and web design principles.
+ A portfolio showcasing your work in branding, digital ads, web design, and other visual design projects.

Creative Vision & Problem-Solving

: + Ability to balance creative expression with business objectives, crafting designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
+ Experience designing digital ads that effectively capture attention and drive results.
+ A keen eye for detail, ensuring all design elements are polished and aligned with project goals.

Collaborative & Communicative

: + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback in a constructive way.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders to move projects forward.

Technical Skills

: + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar design tools).
+ Familiarity with production platforms such as Teamwork, Google Suite, or Slack.
