Graphic Designer 2 to join the Women's Running Apparel Graphics team. In this role, you will support seasonal collections, crafting compelling visual centers (VCs), creating artwork, and contributing to 2 apparel collections per season. This position blends hands-on graphic creation, storytelling, and apparel design for one of Nike's most innovative categories.
A strong portfolio is mandatory -- including trim developments, trim pieces, narrative storytelling, collection looks, and seasonal graphics.
What You'll Do
Assist in the creation and development of seasonal apparel graphics for Nike Women's Running collections.
Develop Visual Centers (VCs) and presentation materials that communicate design narratives across multiple collections.
Produce schematics, icons, graphics, trims, and seasonal design assets.
Collaborate with Product, Apparel Design, Color Design, and Tech Development teams to align graphics with construction, development, and athlete insights.
Participate in brainstorm sessions, concept reviews, and design critiques to shape the future of Nike Running.
Contribute to the storytelling and world-building behind each collection, ensuring narrative cohesion from concept to execution.
Maintain awareness of sport, cultural, and design trends to bring fresh inspiration into the work.
Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of graphic design experience (product creation or agency environment preferred).
A well-curated portfolio demonstrating:
research and inspiration methods
design development and problem-solving
storytelling and narrative visual development
seasonal or collection-based work
Experience working with diverse consumers/athletes.
Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and translate findings into strong product storytelling.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
High proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.
Ability to prioritize across short-term and long-range projects.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
