The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is seeking a creative professional to join the Office of Advancement on the UT Knoxville campus. The Graphic Design Coordinator will produce and develop visual communications for advancement initiatives, working alongside members of the Communications and Donor Experience team and partners across the division. The Graphic Design Coordinator will focus primarily on conceptualizing and producing graphic design projects such as direct mail, print and digital materials for alumni relations, student-alumni programs, annual giving, development, and stewardship communications aimed at alumni and donors to the university.

The Graphic Design Coordinator will help move the Advancement division toward its operational goals by ensuring programs, events, initiatives, and university priorities are effectively communicated to key audiences\xe2\x80\x94with special attention to visual design.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree and 3 years of professional experience in graphic design along with experience in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

\xc2\xb7 A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with an acceptable driving record is required due to travel responsibilities of the position. UTFI reserves the right to consider all appropriate circumstances. In general, any significant driving offense less than 12 months old will eliminate the application from consideration for the position.

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and communications skills are paramount, along with creative thinking.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent time management and project management skills and a positive attitude are essential.
