Job Summary:

Shift time - 15:00 to 23:30, 5 days a week.

We are seeking an experienced

Granulation Operator

with a minimum of

3 years of current, relevant experience

in pharmaceutical production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a

regulated cGMP solid dosage (tablet) manufacturing environment

and demonstrate strong knowledge of granulation and related unit operations. Job stability and consistent work history are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pharmaceutical solid dosage manufacturing activities including

dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, compression, encapsulation, coating, and cleaning

Set up, operate, and clean cGMP production equipment in accordance with

SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and safety procedures

Accurately follow batch records and complete documentation in English in a clear and compliant manner Ensure strict adherence to

cGMP regulations

, safety guidelines, and good housekeeping practices Monitor manufacturing processes and report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives as required Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure efficient operations

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

3 years of current, relevant experience

as a Production or Granulation Operator Hands-on experience in a

regulated pharmaceutical solid dosage (tablet) facility

Familiarity with end-to-end solid dosage operations, including granulation through coating Proficiency in setup, operation, and cleaning of

cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

Strong understanding of

SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP compliance, and safety procedures

Ability to

read, write, and document in English

Familiarity with a variety of

solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

Demonstrated

job stability

with consistent employment history

Regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility Solid oral dosage (tablet) production area PPE-required, cGMP-controlled environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.45 - $27.00 per hour
