JOB GOAL:

The 21st Century SAFE Program/EL Family Liaison will play a critical role in enhancing parent and family engagement at RCMS, with a special focus on English Learner (EL) families. This position aims to strengthen the partnership between RCMS and families, emphasizing the importance of afterschool and summer programs in promoting academic success and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Liaison will undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of RCMS and to enhance EL student and family engagement. The liaison will also be responsible to work with the 21st Century Administrator in meeting the Nevada Afterschool Network grant requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS



Education, Training, and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Nevada Driver License

This position is available for the 2025-2026 school year.

Successful candidate must complete a thorough background check and pass mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol testing.



Working Conditions:



Office or suitable workspace with desk, telephone and supplies necessary to carry out functions of position description.
