Job Purpose: As a Grant Reimbursement Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to be an organized and highly motivated team player with strong initiative and excellent communication skills.

Job Functions

  • Perform contract research, documentation collection and data analysis.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate invoices per the signed contract/agreement.
  • Prepare accurate estimates of billing amounts in the absence of required documentation.
  • Communicate with program staff to track funding and renewals,
  • Work with department lead/supervisor to meet month-end closing deadlines for billings.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver\'s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire\'s insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1.
  • Accounting Degree or Candidate for Degree
  • 1-2 years of accounting/billings experience preferred.
