Our company is seeking a Templater / Measure Technician that possesses great attention to detail and quality, reliable and has a positive attitude!
The countertop measure technician will be responsible for using our state of the art Laser Template Equipment to provide detailed and accurate counter top dimensions to our fabrication department. The role also includes working as a back-up to our primary CAD programmer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and template counter tops using Laser Template Equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy a must!
Work with fabrication and installation teams to ensure precise measurements and installation
Back up as a CAD Programmer using Alpha Cam software for our CNC machines.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in counter top installation is preferred but will train if with previous experience and knowledge of cabinetry and counter top fabrication and installation.
Experience or desire to learn CAD systems
Attention to minor details and understanding the counter top installation process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license, company truck supplied.
