Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Grader Operator to join our Savannah Development team. This role is key in ensuring job sites are properly prepared, leveled, and ready for installation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, understands grading and site preparation, and is comfortable operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Operate grading equipment to level soil, establish proper drainage, and prepare sites for landscape installation.

Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes.

Work closely with superintendents and foremen to maintain project timelines and accuracy.

Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

Follow all BrightView safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Assist with general landscape installation or site tasks as needed.

Drive company vehicles to and from job sites safely and responsibly.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (MVR required).

Must successfully complete a Physical, Drug Screening, and MVR check prior to employment.

Proven experience operating grading equipment (Bobcat, skid steer, or similar machinery).

Knowledge of grading techniques, slopes, and drainage.

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
