Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Government Business Division, Finance Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing health plan financial analysis, cost of care analytics, trend analysis, financial reporting, financial operations, and cost and budget management and allocation. Responsible for reporting and delivery of key information to senior management to generate cost saving or revenue enhancement ideas and achievement of financial targets.
